Dot Connect — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Dot Connect ("the app") is developed by TinyDot ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app collects and how it's used.

Summary

Dot Connect is a calm puzzle game. It does not require an account, and it does not collect any personal information itself. It uses one third-party service — Google AdMob (for optional rewarded ads) — which may collect data as described below.

Data collected

By the app directly: none. Your puzzle progress, settings, and streak are stored locally on your device only. There is no account and no sign-in.

Advertising (Google AdMob): Dot Connect shows rewarded video ads only when you choose to watch one for a hint — there are no banner ads, interstitials, or ads you didn't ask for. To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address, and general usage/interaction data. Where required by law (e.g. for users in the EEA/UK), the app asks for your consent to this via a consent form before any personalized ads are shown, using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can review Google's practices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share any data ourselves. The third-party service above (Google AdMob) may process data under its own privacy policy linked above.

Children's privacy

Dot Connect does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require sign-in, and ads are only shown after explicit user action (tapping to watch a rewarded ad).
